The Ag. ES, NUC Mr. Christopher J. Maiyaki has expressed satisfaction with the tremendous progress made on the implementation of the African Centre of Excellence (ACE-Impact) and Sustainable Procurement, Environmental and Social Standards Enhancement (SPESSE) Projects by the various Centres domiciled in Nigerian Universities.
As part of its efforts towards the revitalisation of the NUS, the NUC, organised a one-day sensitisation workshop for VCs and DICTs of selected universities on the proposed French Development Agency (AFD) Support for the ICT Component of the Blueprint Project.
The Executive Secretary, NUC, Prof. Abubakar Adamu Rasheed, has said that higher education in Nigeria would only have a better future if Nigerian universities begin to explore ways of diversifying international collaborations.
