A Professor of science and computer education and former Executive Secretary of the NUC, Peter Okebukola has said the only way for academic institutions, especially at the tertiary’ level to remain relevant and effective in performing their roles after the COVID crisis was to embrace ‘Blended Classrooms’ Learning Environment.
