1. The curriculum is inadequate as some courses including PHY 206 (Energy and Environment and GST 212 (Philosophy, Logic and Human Existence) are missing.

2. There is no Geiger Counter in the equipment laboratory.

 

1. The the University should ensure PHY 206 (Energy and Environment and GST 212 (Philosophy, Logic and Human Existence) are included in the curriculum.

2. The University should ensure the provision of Geiger Counter in the equipment laboratory.

 

The total score for the programme is 95.87%. It scored 31 (93.94%)  in Academic Matters, 35 (100.00%) in Staffing, 25 (92.59%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
