The literature review component of most of the degree projects do not contain citations and acknowledge of sources. The Students demonstrated average level of skills acquired during interaction with the panel members. The Internal Quality Assurance system exists but not effective in the departmental level. 50% of the academic staff did not benefit from Staff Development Programme in the past three years. 85.7% of the non-teaching staff did not benefit from Staff Development Programme in the past three years.

The University should ensure that the students’ degree projects are well supervised. The University should ensure that the students have very good level of skills acquisition. The University should ensure that Internal Quality Assurance system is effective in the faculty and departmental levels. The University should ensure that more academic staff benefit from Staff Development Programme. The University should ensure that a good number of non-teaching staff benefit from Staff Development Programme.

The total score for the programme is 86.00%. It scored 32 (86.49%) in Academic Matters, 29 (83%) in Staffing, 22.5 (83.33%) in Physical Facilities, 17 (94.44%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of FULL accreditation status for the Programme
