1) Inadequate literature courses.

2) only 5-59% of the academic staff have benefited from staff development programme in the last 3 years.
3) Inadequate toilet facilities and fire extinguishers.
4) Library holdings are inadequate

 

1) The University should introduce more literature courses for the programme.
2) The University should ensure that all academic staff benefit from the staff development programme.
3) The University should provide enough toilet facilities and fire extinguishers.
4) The University should provide more current books.

 

The total score for the programme is 84.80%. It scored 31 (83.78%)  in Academic Matters, 30 (85%) in Staffing, 23 (85.19%) in Physical Facilities, 15 (83.33%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
