1. The following core courses were omitted from the curriculum. They are: STA 201- (Introduction to Statistics), CSC 102-(problem solving), BIO 101-(Gen Biology), PHY-201(Electronics) 2. Only 60% of the non-teaching staff have not benefitted from Staff Development Programme in the past three years. 3. The slow internet connectivity impedes access to e-books and e-journals by students and staff of the programme. 4. Funding for the programme is inadequate

1. The University should include all the omitted core courses as specified in the NUC BMAS and CCMAS. 2. The University should ensure that all non-teaching staff benefit from the Staff Development Programme. 3. The University should ensure that internet connectivity is improved upon. 4. The University should ensure that the programme is adequately funded.

The total score for the programme is 92.80%. It scored 33 (89.19%) in Academic Matters, 33 (94%) in Staffing, 27 (100.00%) in Physical Facilities, 16 (88.89%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of FULL accreditation status for the Programme
