Academic staff offices are inadequate in number and space. 5. Funding for the programme is inadequate.

1. The University should ensure proper documentation of proceedings by the Internal Quality Assurance Committee. 2. The University should ensure all academic staff benefit from the staff development programme. 3. The University should ensure all non-academic staff benefit from the staff development programme. 4. The University should ensure the provision of a conducive and adequate number of office accommodations for the academic staff of the programme. 5. Adequate funding should be provided for the programme.

The total score for the programme is 92.40%. It scored 36 (97.30%) in Academic Matters, 30 (85.71%) in Staffing, 24.5 (90.74%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
