1. less than 60% of the teaching staff have a Ph.D

2. Reseach and collaboration are available but does not multidisciplinary approach.

 

1. The University should embark on training academic staff obtain their Ph.D to meet up NUC Benchmark.

2. The university should are encouraged to embark on more research and collaboration and signing of MoU .

 

The total score for the programme is 85.12%. It scored 31.5 (95.45%)  in Academic Matters, 27 (77%) in Staffing, 24 (88.89%) in Physical Facilities, 16 (88.89%) in Library. The programme scored 1.5 (50.00%) in Funding, 1 (33.33%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
