Some non-academic staff have not benefited from the staff development programme. There is need to purchase more equipment for practical as number of students increase. Funding is inadequate for the programme.

The university should ensure that all staff benefitted from staff development programme. The university should purchase more equipment to meet up number of students for practical. More funds are needed for the programme.

The total score for the programme is 91.60%. It scored 32.5 (87.84%) in Academic Matters, 33 (94.29%) in Staffing, 24 (88.89%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
B. APPROVAL BY THE COMMISSION
Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of FULL accreditation status for the Programme
