Need modern equipment in the area of Textile, Fashion, Graphic and Painting. The staff mix by rank does not meet the NUC approved guidelines for the programme. Books and Journals are inadequate in the Library. There is no provision for Physical Challenged students in the Library. Fund for the programme is inadequate

The University should ensure that modern equipment are required in Textile, Fashion, Graphic and Painting. The University should ensure that all academic staff mix by rank of 20:35:45 in line with the NUC approved guidelines The University should procure more books and journals in the Library. The University should make provision for physical challenged in the Library. The Programme should be adequately funded

The total score for the programme is 95.20%. It scored 35 (94.59%) in Academic Matters, 35 (100.00%) in Staffing, 25 (92.59%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 3 (100.00%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 0 (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of FULL accreditation status for the Programme
