The university should introduce additional innovative courses in the curriculum over and above the minimum core/compulsory courses without exceeding the maximum credit load across all the levels of study especially in the area related to defence electronics, cybersecurity, avionics etc stipulated in the BMAS without exceeding the maximum 2.The university should ensure that all academic staff of the university benefit from the staff development programme of the university. 3. All non-academic staff should benefit from the staff development programme of the university. 4. The university should procure more microprocessor and component testers, digital trainers; and more electrical motors and generators. 5.The university should construct additional offices for the department. 6.The university should procure more books and current journals. 7.The University should provide adequate funds for the programme

The total score for the programme is 76.80%. It scored 31 (83.78%) in Academic Matters, 28 (80.00%) in Staffing, 20 (74.07%) in Physical Facilities, 13 (72.22%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 1 (33.33%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of FULL accreditation status for the Programme
