1) The University should employ more lower level lecturers to balance to balance staff mix by rank and to ensure continuity of the programme.

The total score for the programme is 90.00%. It scored 31 (83.78%) in Academic Matters, 33 (94%) in Staffing, 24 (88.89%) in Physical Facilities, 17.5 (97.22%) in Library. The programme scored 2.5 (83.33%) in Funding, 2.5 (83.33%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
