1. The curriculum contains less than four innovative courses.

2. 33% of the academic staff have not benefitted from staff development programs in the last five years; being it conferences, seminars, or training.

3. None of the non-academic staff have benefitted from the staff development programs in the last five years, whether conferences, seminars, or training.

4. Funding for the Programme is inadequate.

 

1. The University should enrich the curriculum by adding at least four innovative courses without exceeding the maximum credit load.

2. The University should ensure that all the academic staff benefit from the staff development programmes

3. The University should ensure that all the non-academic staff benefit from the staff development programs.

4. The University should ensure that the Programme is adequately funded.

 

The total score for the programme is 91%. It scored 29 (94%)  in Academic Matters, 27 (77%) in Staffing, 27 (100.00%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

B.    APPROVAL BY THE COMMISSION

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
