REMEDIES

1. Academic Staff Offices are inadequate in space and not well furnished.

2. Fire extinguishers and sand buckets are inadequate in number.

3. Physical library books and journals are inadequate in number,

 

1. Standard and adequately furnished academic staff offices should be provided for the programme.

2. Adequate number of fire extinguishers and sand buckets should be provided for the programme.
3. More current physical library books and journals should be procured for the programme.

 

The total score for the programme is 91.20%. It scored 36 (97.30%)  in Academic Matters, 32 (83%) in Staffing, 22 (81.48%) in Physical Facilities, 17 (94.44%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
