1. the physical books were inadequate but current while journals were adequate in the library
2. lack of university laboratory and farms on campus.

3. the university should strengthen its staff training development programme.

 

The total score for the programme is 91.20%. It scored 35 (94.59%)  in Academic Matters, 32 (91%) in Staffing, 27 (100.00%) in Physical Facilities, 14 (77.78%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 1 (50.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
