3. Some classroom equipment are not well maintained, as there are broken chairs and tables
4. Fire extinguishers and sand buckets are few
5. Low internet access

 

1. The program should ensure they employ PhD staff or sponsor their academic staff for PhD program
2. workshop for masonry and concrete work should be made available for the program
3. Classroom equipment should be well maintained
4. More fire extinguishers and sand buckets should be provided
5. Campus hotspot and intranet should be upgraded to improve internet access.

 

The total score for the programme is 84.80%. It scored 37 (100.00%)  in Academic Matters, 28 (80.00%) in Staffing, 22 (81.48%) in Physical Facilities, 13 (72.22%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
