Equipment such as Tachometer, Field strength meter, signal generator and transducers are not adequate. 6. Research and collaboration does not have a multidisciplinary approach. 7. 1. Student practical should be spread to cover the curriculum. 2. The University should ensure staff mix by rank is in line with NUC guideline 20:35:45 3. Additional Technologists should be recruited for the programme. 4. The University should provide an Instrumentation and Control Laboratory for the programme. 5. The University should more of these equipments 6. The University should ensure research and collaboration have a multidisciplinary approach. 7. The programme should be adequately funded.

The total score for the programme is 87.60%. It scored 33 (89.19%) in Academic Matters, 32 (91.43%) in Staffing, 23.5 (87.04%) in Physical Facilities, 17 (94.44%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 1 (33.33%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
