1. The philosophy and rationale of the programme is too lengthy and do not provide adequate direction. 2. The proportion of academic staff core to the subject area provides for less than 75% but more than 60% of the teaching staff need 3. The students need more exposure in the Teaching Hospital base for clinical placement. 4. The staff mix by rank is more at the upper part of the pyramid. 5. There is no virtual simulation Laboratory for practicals to be carried out.

1. The University should merge and summarized under the tittle – philosophy and to come before aims and objectives of the programme. 2. The university should ensure that the proportion of academic staff core to the subject area provides for 75% or more of the teaching staff need. 3. The University should ensure that there is more exposure in the Teaching hospital base for clinical placement of students. 4. The University should employ junior academic staff for the programme and Radiographers as non – academic staff as well. 5. The University should provide a virtual simulation laboratory for the programme.

The total score for the programme is 83.47%. It scored 29 (87.88%) in Academic Matters, 26 (74%) in Staffing, 25 (92.59%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 0 (0.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 1 (50.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
