1. The curriculum is not fully adequate some core courses were omitted in some levels of study. a) CSC 102: Introduction to problem solving 2. External examiner systems exists but did not provide the reviews on the question papers, marking schemes and results. 3. Internal quality assurance exists but not effective as there was no evidence of meeting . 4. The programme scored 0. Only 1 out of 3 non-teaching staff benefited from the staff development programme for the past 3 years. 5. The computer systems in the Laboratories are serviceable but major modeling, simulation and programming software such as ArgoUML/UML, MALTLAB, Python or Java IDEs were unavailable. 6. Campus hotspot/intranet is only within the Library and were weak.

1. The university should ensure the curriculum contains all the core/compulsory courses prescribed in the BMAS across all the levels of study. 2. The university should ensure External examiner provide the reviews on the questions papers, marking schemes and results. 3. The university should ensure that these should be minutes of meetings to show as evidence. 4. The university should improve on staff development programme for the non-teaching staff. 5. The university should provide the equipment in the Laboratories. The university internet should be improved upon.

The total score for the programme is 78.99%. It scored 23 (74.19%) in Academic Matters, 32 (91%) in Staffing, 20 (74.07%) in Physical Facilities, 13 (72.22%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of FULL accreditation status for the Programme
