1. There is no law clinic for student’s consultation for the programme. 2. 33.3% of the academic staff and all non-teaching staff have not benefited from Staff Development programme. 3. Smart board, projectors and public address system is not available for the programme. 4. Some academic Staff offices are inadequate in space and not well furnished with filing cabinet and book shelves. 5. Funding for the programme is inadequate.

1. The University should provide a law clinic for student’s consultation for the programme. 2. The University should ensure that all academic and non-teaching staff benefit from staff Development Programme. 3. All essential equipment should be provided for the programme in line with the BMAS. 4. Standard (spacious) well-furnished offices should be provided for the academic staff of the programme. 5. The Programme should be adequately funded.

The total score for the programme is 87.39%. It scored 30 (90.91%) in Academic Matters, 31 (88%) in Staffing, 20 (74.07%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 0 (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
