1.Marking scheme for the programme was not well developed. 2. 22 out of 32 (68.75%) of academic staff have Ph.D. 3. Only 20 out of 32 (62.5%) of academic staff benefited from staff development programme 4. None of the non-teaching staff benefitted from staff development programme 5. The space and size of the laboratory is inadequate. 6. The Professorial offices are inadequate in space and size. 7. Funding for the programme is inadequate.

1.The University should ensure it develops good making scheme as prescribed by the BMAS 2. University should ensure that all Academic staff have PhD degrees 3.The University should ensure that all academic staff benefit from the staff development programme. 4. University should ensure that all non- teaching staff benefits from the staff development programme of the University. 5. University should ensure that the space and size of the language laboratory is as prescribed by the BMAS. 6. The university should ensure it provides adequate space for Professorial offices 7. University should ensure that the programme are adequately funded

The total score for the programme is 81.60%. It scored 34 (91.89%) in Academic Matters, 27 (77%) in Staffing, 21 (77%) in Physical Facilities, 14 (77%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of FULL accreditation status for the Programme
