There is need for mprovement in staff offices with adequate furniture and fittings such as bookshelves and whiteboards.

Only 66.6% of the teaching staff have a Ph.D

The Department had one fire extinguisher with no sand bucket

The total score for the programme is 83.19%. It scored 28 (84.85%)  in Academic Matters, 29 (83%) in Staffing, 22 (81.48%) in Physical Facilities, 14 (77.78%) in Library. The programme scored 3 (100.00%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
