The lecture halls and classrooms were not adequately equipped; there were no public address systems and projectors. 56% of non academic staff benefited from staff development. Fire extinguishers and Sand buckets were not adequate in number at classrooms and laboratories area.

Lecture halls and classrooms should be provided with required equipment by the University. There should be more effort to improve on staff development by the University management. The University should procure more safety equipment for the department.

The total score for the programme is 97%. It scored 33 (100.00%) in Academic Matters, 34 (97%) in Staffing, 24 (89%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 3 (100.00%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 0 (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
