1. The curriculum for the programme is not fully adequate as only 6 unit 2. The practical work is good but did not cover the curriculum especially in Building Materials, Construction Techniques and Detailing. 3. Evidence of student course evaluation exist but do not give a detail information on the evaluation criteria. 4. The non- teaching staff available is of good quality but not adequate for the programme. 5. The laboratory equipment available for the programme falls below the requirement of the CCMAS. 6. The currency of the journal holding is not adequate for the programme. 7. Funding is inadequate for the programme.

The total score for the programme is 76.03%. It scored 27 (81.82%) in Academic Matters, 27 (77%) in Staffing, 20 (74.07%) in Physical Facilities, 13 (72.22%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
