1. Staff student radio of 1:9 is not consistent with the provision of BMAS.

2. Less than 60% academic staff benefited from staff training.

3. Less than 50% of Non-academic staff did not benefit in the training

 

1. The University should ensure that the staff student should conform with the provision of NUC BMAS.

2. The University should ensure that all staff benefited.

3. The University should ensure that all Non-academic benefit from staff development programme

 

The total score for the programme is 87.20%. It scored 36 (97.30%)  in Academic Matters, 23 (65.71%) in Staffing, 27 (100.00%) in Physical Facilities, 17 (94.44%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

B.    APPROVAL BY THE COMMISSION

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
