1. Staff mix by rank of 42:33:25 is not consistent with NUC stipulated guideline of 20:25:45 in two categories. 2. There is no evidence of staff development for the non-teaching staff. 3. Staff offices are not adequate in space. 4. Classroom facilities such as fans and air conditioners are not functional.

1. The University authorities should employ more staff to boost up the the lower cadre. 2. The Dean and Head of Department Faculty of Education should encourage the non-teaching staff to apply for development training programme. 3. The University should make provision for spacious offices for staff. 4. The University should ensure that the fans and air conditioners are functional through proper maintenance.

The total score for the programme is 86.55%. It scored 28 (90.32%) in Academic Matters, 29 (%) in Staffing, 22 (81.48%) in Physical Facilities, 17 (94.44%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
