1. Only 14.5 of the 25.5 (57%) academic staff have PhD. 2. Only 5 of the 8 (62.5%) of the non-academic staff benefited from the staff development programme in the department. 3. Few staff offices are not well-equipped with shelves and refrigerators. 4. Staff in the school have not seen salary for the past 4 month now because of IPPIS buget shortfall

1. All academic staff should be PhD holders. 2. All non-academic staff should be allowed to benefit from the staff development programme. 3. All staff office should be well-equipped with shelves and refrigerators, etc 4. The university should be able to prepare a personnel budget and execute it accordingly

The total score for the programme is 80.67%. It scored 29 (87.88%) in Academic Matters, 29 (83%) in Staffing, 20 (74.07%) in Physical Facilities, 14 (77.78%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 0 (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
