1. The contexts and titles of practical did not cover the curriculum
2. Four non academic staff benefitted from the staff development programme
3. 100 level equipment staff are over stretched in conducting practical for 36 departments
4. Staff office accommodation are ill equipped, to be replaced and toilets are not functioning.
5. Funding is inadequate for the programme

3. The University should ensure adequate eqipments and space for the Physics laboratory
4. The University should ensure staff office accommodations are well equipped with Air conditioners, fridges and a functional toilet
