1. Professorial Staff offices are not adequately furnished with filing cabinets, whiteboards and refrigerators.
2. There are no Biological Garden, Herbarium and Museum facilities for the programme.
3. Only 62.5% of non teaching staff have benefitted from staff development.

2. The University should provide facilities such as Biological Garden, Herbarium and Museum for the programme.
3. The University should ensure that all non teaching staff benefit from staff development programmes.

 

The total score for the programme is 90.00%. It scored 31.5 (85.14%)  in Academic Matters, 34 (97.14%) in Staffing, 22 (81.48%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
