1.The curriculum of the programme omitted biochemistry practicals, biostatistics was wrongfully captured and research project was omitted in 500 Level second semester. 2. The Teaching Laboratory is inadequate in equipment. 3.The academic and non academic staff offices is inadequate in space and furniture. 4.68% of academic staff benefitted from staff development

1. The University should improve on it’s curriculum in line with the NUC CCMAS and BMAS. 2. The teaching Laboratory should be well equipped. 3. The academic and non academic staff offices should be adequately spacious and well furnished .4. The University should ensure all academic staff benefits from the staff development policy.

The total score for the programme is 86.40%. It scored 31 (83.78%) in Academic Matters, 34 (97%) in Staffing, 20 (74.07%) in Physical Facilities, 16 (88.89%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
