1. The marking scheme needs improvement, as the distribution of marks across questions is uneven. 2. The University should ensure that the curriculum is adequately covered in students’ practical work. 3. The university should install multimedia and PowerPoint equipment in all classrooms and lecture theaters to enhance teaching and learning. 4. The University should ensure adequate office accommodation for staff. 5. The university should install fire extinguishers and sand buckets in easily accessible locations throughout the academic environment.. 6. The University should ensure the programme is adequately funded.

The total score for the programme is 92.48%. It scored 33.6 (90.81%) in Academic Matters, 35 (100.00%) in Staffing, 22 (81.48%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
B. APPROVAL BY THE COMMISSION
Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of FULL accreditation status for the Programme
