1. The continuous assessments, course work and examination exist. however, some elements of block markings were sighted in some courses.
2. The internal quality assurance has been set up at the department and university level. However, no evidence of attendance and minutes of the committee.
3. There is no private convenience in the office of HOD’s and that of the professors.
4. The holdings are not adequate in number. In addition, space is not enough to accommodate large number of users at a time.
5. The funding is not adequate enough.

2. The internal quality assurance should have evidence of attendance and minutes of the meeting by the committee.
3. There should be a private convenience in the office of HOD’s and that of the professors.
4. The holding should be adequate in number and there should enough space to accommodate large number of users at a time.

The total score for the programme is 88.35%. It scored 26 (93%)  in Academic Matters, 32 (92%) in Staffing, 12 (75.00%) in Physical Facilities, 16 (88.89%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

B.    APPROVAL BY THE COMMISSION

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
