1. Marking scheme are not well developed. 2. Internal quality assurance is not effective and minutes of meetings are not well documented. 3. Essential laboratory equipment such as simulation manikin, CDA box, ECG machine, spirometer and centifuge forceps are not adequate for the programme. 4. Academic staff offices are inadequate in space. 5. There is no multidisciplinary approach to research and collaboration.

1. The University should ensure that marking scheme are well developed. 2. The University should ensure that quality assurance system is effective and minutes of meetings are well documented. 3. The University should ensure that all essential laboratory equipment are procured for the programme. 4. Standard academic staff offices should be provided for the programme. 5. The University should ensure that there is multidisciplinary approach to research and collaboration.

The total score for the programme is 78.51%. It scored 27 (81.82%) in Academic Matters, 29 (83%) in Staffing, 21 (77.78%) in Physical Facilities, 14 (77.78%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 1 (33.33%) in Research and Collaborations and 1 (50.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
