1. The University should ensure that at least four innovative courses are added in the curriculum.
2. The University should ensure that, the students degree project is well supervised and sign by external examiner.
3. Internal quality assurance should exist and be effective and minutes of meetings should be taken and documented.
4. The university should ensure that 25% of the teaching staff come from the parent university.
5. All teaching staff should benefit from staff development.
6. All Non-teaching staff should benefit from staff development.

 

The total score for the programme is 83.08%. It scored 34 (91.89%)  in Academic Matters, 26 (65.00%) in Staffing, 25 (92.59%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 0 (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored less than 70% in any of the four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  INTERIM accreditation status for the Programme.

B.    APPROVAL BY THE COMMISSION

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  INTERIM accreditation status for the Programme
