3. Only 67% of Academic Staff are of Core subject Area of Biochemistry
4. Only 67% of Academic Staff and below 50% of non-teaching Staff benefitted from staff development

3. More teaching staff core to Biochemistry are required.
4. All teaching and non-teaching staff of the University should benefit from staff development.

 

The total score for the programme is 82.64%. It scored 29 (87.88%)  in Academic Matters, 27 (77%) in Staffing, 23 (85.19%) in Physical Facilities, 16 (88.89%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
