1. some core courses PHY 209 Introduction to Space Science, PHY 313/319 Electronics I and II, and PHY 320 Workshop Practice were omitted in the curriculum. 2. Staff mix by rank of 25:37.5:37.5 complies with the NUC guidelines in only one category. 3. 62.5% of academic staff have Ph.D 4. 37.5 of academic and non academic staff have not benefitted from the staff development programme.

The total score for the programme is 85.54%. It scored 30 (90.91%) in Academic Matters, 27 (77.14%) in Staffing, 24.5 (90.74%) in Physical Facilities, 15.5 (86.11%) in Library. The programme scored 1.5 (50.00%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
