1. Staff accommodation and general facilities for students are not well kept.
2. Unlike other conventional universities, Biochemistry is a 5year programme in the FUTO but the courses are not so different from those of other conventional universities.

1. Offices and shared classrooms for year 1 and 2 should be properly kept.
2. The courses should be so enriched to justify the 5 year period for the programme.

The total score for the programme is 87.20%. It scored 34 (91.9%) in Academic Matters, 34 (97%) in Staffing, 19 (70.4%) in Physical Facilities, 16 (88.9%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
