1. The university should ensure that all academic staff benefit from staff development programme. 2. The university should ensure that more core academic staff are recruited for the programme. 3. File cabinets and bookshelves should be provided in all staff offices. 4. The speed of the internet should be improved upon. 5. More funds should be provided for the programme.

The total score for the programme is 91.20%. It scored 36 (97.30%) in Academic Matters, 31 (88.57%) in Staffing, 25 (92.59%) in Physical Facilities, 15 (83.33%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
