1. Teaching materials such as projects and flip chat boards are not available for the programme. 2. Only 65% of the teaching staff have benefited from staff development programme. 3. None of the non-academic staff have benefited from Staff Development Programme. 4. Classroom equipment is outdated in furnishing. 5. Academic staff offices are poorly ventilated and not well furnished. 8. Electronic holdings of books and journals are fairly current in areas of Logic, Ethics, and Epistemology. 9. The internet service in the e-library is slow. 10. Funding for the programme is inadequate.

1.. All essential equipment should be provided for the programme in line with the BMAS. 2. The Seminary should ensure all academic staff benefit from staff development programme. 3. The Seminary should ensure that all non-academic staff benefit from Staff Development Programme. 4. Furnishing of the classroom should be upgraded to modern realities. 5. Well-furnished offices should be provided for the academic staff of programme. 6. Professorial offices should be well equipped in line with the BMAS. 8. Current electronic books and journals should be procured for the programme. 9.The internet bandwidth of the e-library should be upgraded. 10. The programme should be adequately funded.

The total score for the programme is 86.62%. It scored 29.75 (92.97%) in Academic Matters, 36 (90.00%) in Staffing, 12 (75.00%) in Physical Facilities, 14 (77.78%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library, in academic matters, staffing, physical facilities and library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
