1. Practical work conducted does not adequately covered the curriculum in CSC 202 and CSC 212
2. Non-teaching Staff are not adequate in number for the programme

3. None of the academic and non-teaching staff have not benefited from staff development programme

4. Computer laboratory systems are not adequately equipped with simulating, python and statistical software.
5. Academic staff offices are not adequately in furnished, there no white boards and bookshelves in some offices

1. The College should ensure that the practical conducted adequately covered the curriculum
2. The College should recruit more laboratory technicians and administrative staff for the programme
3. The College should ensure that all the academic and non-teaching staff benefitted from staff development programme
4. The computer laboratory systems should be adequately equipped with relevant software
5. The College should provide adequately furnished staff offices for the programme
6. The College should subscribed to at least two active databases

7. The College should ensure that the quality assurance system is effective.
8. The College should provide active fast internet connectivity for the programme .
9. The programme should be adequately funded.

 

The total score for the programme is 68.95%. It scored 24.5 (74.24%)  in Academic Matters, 27 (67.50%) in Staffing, 20 (74.07%) in Physical Facilities, 13 (72.22%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 0 (0.00%) in Research and Collaborations and (%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored less than 70% in any of the four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  INTERIM accreditation status for the Programme.

B.    APPROVAL BY THE COMMISSION

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  INTERIM accreditation status for the Programme
