1. There are no UV-Vis spectrophotometers and cold centrifuges available for the programme.

2. There is a lack of proper maintenance of environmental sanitation.

3.Funding for the programme is inadequate.

 

1. The University should provide UV-Vis spectrophotometers and cold centrifuges for the programme.

2. It is the University’s duty to ensure that environmental sanitation is properly maintained.
3. The programme should be properly funded.

 

The total score for the programme is 95.20%. It scored 35 (94.59%)  in Academic Matters, 35 (100.00%) in Staffing, 24 (88.89%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored less than 70% in any of the four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  INTERIM accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  INTERIM accreditation status for the Programme
