1. 50% of the academic staff and all none- teaching staff have not
benefitted from staff development programme.

2. Standard tracks and a curator are not available for the programme.

3. Sanitation around the teaching area is poor.

4. Funding for the programme is inadequate.

 

1. The University should encourage all academic and none- teaching staff
to benefit from the staff development programme.

2. Standard tracks and a Curator should be provided for the programme.

3. Environmental Sanitation should be improved upon.

4. The programme should be adequately funded.

 

The total score for the programme is 89.23%. It scored 37 (100.00%)  in Academic Matters, 34 (85.00%) in Staffing, 24 (88.89%) in Physical Facilities, 15 (83.33%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library, in academic matters, staffing, physical facilities and library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
