1. The three non-teaching staff, Dire Calista, Iwuchukwu Juliana and Nworie Nkechinyere should be trained in areas directly related to their assignment and duties. 2. The environment is reasonably safe and comply with most government laws relating to fire and environment sanitation including some toilet facilities. 3. There is no multidisciplinary approach to research and collaborations. 4. Funding for the programme is adequate.
