1. The University should ensure that the curriculum is enriched by the
addition of at least four innovative courses in line with the
CCMAS/BMAS.
2. The curriculum should ensure that the credit load across all levels of
study is in line with the NUC regulations.

3. The University should ensure that practical work covers the valuation, market survey and Urban analysis areas of the programme.

4. All academic staff should be encouraged to obtain Ph.D degree.

the Staff Development Programme.
