REMEDIES

1. Safety equipment such as smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and sand buckets are inadequate.

2. All academic staff are male.

3. 25% of the non-academic staff have not benefited from staff development programme.

4. Staff offices are in temporary Locations and inadequate in space, and furnishing.

5. No Learning made easy equipment in most of the classrooms and Lecture halls.

6. Funding for the programme is inadequate

1. The Institution should ensure the provision of more safety equipment such as smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and sand buckets in and around the Mass Communication studios and other areas.

2. There is need for female academic staff to be enlisted in the programme for gender parity.

3. The Institution should ensure all non-academic staff benefit from staff development programme.

4. The Institution should provide spacious and well-furnished office accommodation for staff.

5. The Institution should make adequate provision for procurement of smart boards, public address system and other learning made easy gadgets.
