1. Students tested to assess the level of skills acquired across different stages of the programme demonstrated good proficiency in both hard and soft skills relevant to the programme. 2. The staff mix by rank within the programme does not align with NUC guidelines in two specific categories. 3. Laboratory equipment such as computer systems are adequate. However, accessibility of the internet facilities in the laboratory was very slow. 4. Funding of the programme is inadequate. 5. There is evidence of research collaboration. However, there is no multidisciplinary approach is engaged

1. The University should ensure that students demonstrate a high level of proficiency in both hard and soft skills relevant to the programme. 2. The staff mix by rank should align fully with the categories prescribed by the NUC BMAS guidelines 3. The University should endeavour to provide a stable and fast internet facilities for the programme. 4. The programme should be adequately funded. 5. The University should ensure a multidisciplinary approach to research in the programme.

The total score for the programme is 95.53%. It scored 33.5 (95.71%) in Academic Matters, 35 (100.00%) in Staffing, 25 (92.59%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
