1. The standard of Test and examinations is poor and do not cover curriculum 2. The programme does not make adequate provision of conduct of practicals 3. Student have not acquired the relevant hard and soft skills expected for the programme. 4. Laboratories are not adequately furnished. 5. Academic staff offices are not furnished with file cabinets, bookshelves, refrigerators and television 6. Physical library books are inadequate in number. 7. The slow internet connectivity impedes access to e-books and journals by students and staff of the programme 8. Funding for the programme is inadequate.

1. The University should ensure that Standard Tests and examinations is improved and cover curriculum. 3. The University should ensure that the practical work conducted is of good quality and covers depth and scope of the curriculum. 4. Equipment such as LAN trainer system, frequency/demodulation trainer, digital multimedia, cable and switches should be provided in the Computer laboratories 5. Adequate and well-furnished Academic staff offices should be provided for the Academic staff of the programme. 6. Adequate number of books should be procured for the programme 7. The University should ensure that internet connectivity is improved upon 8. The programme should be adequately funded.

The total score for the programme is 86%. It scored 28 (80%) in Academic Matters, 35 (100.00%) in Staffing, 21 (79%) in Physical Facilities, 16 (89%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
