1. 5o% of academic staff and 72.7% of the Non-academic staff have not benefitted from the Staff Development Programme. 2. The University provided adequate laboratory equipment for the programme. However, project, 2-way mirror and Sigmund Freud chair should be made available for the programme. 3. Office accommodation for Professors should be adequate in space. 4. Funding of the programme is inadequate. 5. There is no multidisciplinary approach to research

1. All staff should be encouraged to benefit from the staff Development programme. 2. The University should endeavour to provide all essential laboratory equipment for the programme. 3. Standard and properly equipped offices should be provided for all academic staff of the programme. 4. The programme should be adequately funded. 5. The University should ensure a multidisciplinary approach to research in the programme.

The total score for the programme is 90.40%. It scored 37 (100.00%) in Academic Matters, 28 (80.00%) in Staffing, 24 (88.89%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
