1. There is no provision for non-law electives at 300 level, contrary to the provisions of BMAS. 2. Introduction to Computer (3 units) and Application of Computers (3 units) are merged into one course contrary to the BMAS, and allotted 2 credit units. 3. Credit in Mathematics is not an admission requirement contrary to the BMAS. Accordingly, the following students did not meet the admission requirements: a) Eruli’ede E.D. (ADUN/FL/22/003) – E8 in Mathematics; 4. 57.1% of the academic staff and 77.8% of the non-teaching staff have not benefitted from Staff Development Programme. 5. The Moot Court is not equipped with law reports and Laws of the Federation, while the Law Clinic lacks projector. 6. Physical library journals are inadequate in terms of geographic coverage. 7. 7. Access to the e-library resources outside the library complex is limited. 8. Funding is inadequate for the programme. 9. There is no evidence of research and collaboration in the programme with other institutions

1. The curriculum should be reviewed in line with the provision of BMAS. 2. Introduction to Computer and Application of Computers should be split and allotted 3 units each in line with the BMAS. 3. The University should ensure that admission requirements stipulated in the BMAS are strictly adhered to, and the students remedy the deficiency before graduation. 4. The University should ensure that all staff benefit from Staff Development Programme. 5. The Moot Court and Law Clinic should be properly equipped with reference texts and a projector, respectively. 6. More current journals of geographic spread should be acquired for the programme. 7. Internet Hotspots should be extended to other academic buildings for ease of access to e-resources. 8. The programme should be adequately funded. 9. The University should ensure that there is research and collaboration in the programme with other institutions.

The total score for the programme is 84.03%. It scored 30 (90.91%) in Academic Matters, 29 (82.86%) in Staffing, 25 (92.59%) in Physical Facilities, 14 (77.78%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 0 (0.00%) in Research and Collaborations and (%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
