1. 75% of non-academic staff have not benefitted from the staff development programme in the past three years. 2. Academic staff offices are lack refrigerators and filing cabinets. 3. Access to e-resources is limited to the library complex. 4. Funding for the programme is inadequate.

1. All non-academic staff should be encouraged to benefit from the staff development programme. 2. More standard (spacious) and well equipped offices should be provided for all academic staff. 3. Access to e-resources should be extended to other parts of the University campus via hotspots and Intranet. 4. The programme should be adequately funded.

The total score for the programme is 92.20%. It scored 31.5 (98.44%) in Academic Matters, 33 (94.29%) in Staffing, 15 (93.75%) in Physical Facilities, 15 (83.33%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
